5. Sus­tain­able 

Increased envi­ron­men­tal aware­ness has fuelled the aim of con­sumers to reduce green­house gas emis­sions, as well as to cut down ener­gy con­sump­tion. 

6. Secure 

Con­sumers right­ly expect that their data be han­dled respon­si­bly and in accor­dance with data pro­tec­tion laws and that their solu­tions be pro­tect­ed from exter­nal attacks. 

Strate­gic alliances across Europe are form­ing right now, with a view to increas­ing effi­cien­cy by work­ing in part­ner­ship. Addi­tion­al­ly, both B2B and B2C cus­tomers now expect to pay via sub­scrip­tions, rather than ini­tial invest­ment, pre­fer­ring a cus­tomer expe­ri­ence in which com­plex­i­ty remains behind the scenes.
